The current fee for the second-opinion service is 5,000 AED, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Capital appreciation

Resale timelines

Approval of financing or payment plans

All property purchases involve risk, and decisions remain solely the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Compensation & Fees

Compensation may be received through:

Property prices are determined by developers or sellers and are not increased due to our involvement.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
